At Weights on Wheels we are for safety, service and compliance. As well as providing first class Cairns caravan weighing services, we can weigh anything with wheels, from your car, 4WD or dual cab, to camper trailers, box trailers, boat trailers, horse floats and more. We can even weigh your horse!
Why is it important to know your weight limits? In Australia, the driver of the towing vehicle is legally responsible for ensuring their vehicle, trailer and couplings meet minimum standards and loaded mass limits. Failure to do so compromises your safety and the safety of other road users. In the event of an accident, if your vehicle and trailer are found to be over the regulated limits, it can result in your insurance being invalid and prosecution. For maximum accuracy, we’ve invested in the latest weighing technology and equipment, which is accurate to within 1 kilogram, and provide you with a detailed report for your records and peace of mind.
Our team are fully mobile and provide Cairns caravan and vehicle weighing services across the city and all surrounding areas, from Mossman to Mareeba, Port Douglas to Palm Cove and south to Gordonvale. We can go further afield as needed, so please contact us to discuss your location and requirements on 0412 762 105.
